Gets GraphDBConfig (canonical shape)

/api/graph/graphdbs/:graphDBId

Returns the graphDB in the canonical {graphDBId, graphDBName, version} JSON shape. Callers that want the legacy shape should use GET /domain/{graphDBId} instead -- URL fully determines the response dialect.
