Create an ontology

POST 
/api/graph/ontologies

Accepts a multipart request with an ontology name, optional description, and a YAML file. Only .yaml and .yml files are accepted.

The YAML content itself is not validated on upload. The 201 response includes a Location header (/api/graph/ontologies/{ontologyId}). An empty ontologyName is treated as a missing part.
