Creates a new GraphDBConfig (canonical URL)
POST/api/graph/graphdbs
Accepts either the canonical 'graphDBName' input key or the legacy 'domainName' input key. The response shape mirrors the input: 'domainName' returns {domainId, domainName, Version}; 'graphDBName' returns {graphDBId, graphDBName, version}.
