Process content asynchronously.

POST /content/process

Process content (documents and images) asynchronously to extract metadata, classifications, summaries, embeddings, and named entities. Supports v1 (legacy) and v2 (current) API formats. V2 API uses structured actions with camelCase keys. All actions support optional 'instructions' field for custom AI guidance. Request is queued for async processing - use returned ID to retrieve results.
